The private 1-1 sessions I provide take place over an 8 week period. Once the programme has been completed
1-1private sessions can be continued if desired to further deepen your practice.
The private sessions are held at my home. However, if you would prefer I do also offer home visits.
If you are under the age of 16 you will need to be accompanied by an adult for the sessions.

Teens workshop at The Yoga Garden

We welcome your Teens to join in this fantastic opportunity with Kelly.
Kelly will provide an opportunity for teens to connect; both with others and themselves.
During this 90-minute workshop, your teen will explore various themes through different mindfulness, meditation and Yoga practices. They will also be given time for self-reflection and expression through creative writing and journaling.
Kelly will make your teen feel comfortable and safe to share, explore and express themselves. She will be offering empowering Yoga postures and Mindfulness life Coaching techniques to provide support in our ever-changing times. Building resilience, self-esteem, courage and confidence!
To prepare for this workshop, your Teen will need:
✨A piece of paper and pen.
✨A blanket
✨To wear comfortable clothing to be able to move in.
*** Kelly is a fully qualified secondary school teacher (6 years of experience as a Teacher) and holds a full up to date DBS.
Saturday 29th January - 2.30pm to 4pm
£20 per person.
