Adults 4 Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course
This is an opportunity for you to learn and practice formal and informal mindfulness techniques to implement in your everyday life to help you manage stress, anxiety, chronic pain or just to learn ways to feel more connected to your true self once again.

The methods shared throughout the sessions delivered involve
both formal and informal practices. Weekly group discussions on self care.
The practices involve sitting as well as occasional standing and some gentle movement.
The exercises are safe, gentle and non-invasive. It is up to you how much or little you wish you participate in the movement aspects.
