6 week online summer programme for teens

The programme will be 90 minutes every Thursday starting from Thursday the 23rd of July until Thursday the 27th of August.
Each week we will explore a new theme through the practices of mindfulness, meditation, yoga, self reflective discussions and creative writing and drawing.
We will be discussing topics based around key life skills such as resilience - adapting to change and uncertainty, self esteem and confidence , courage and bravery , self compassion , kindness , gratitude and more ...
If you would like to book your teen a spot there is only 15 max places available as I prefer to keep these programmes to smaller groups of teens in order for more in-depth discussions and connections.
If your teen is under 16 they will need to be accompanied by a parent on zoom for safeguarding reasons.
I am a fully qualified secondary school teacher, mindfulness coach and yoga teacher with a full DBS.
