The loving Kindness Meditation

You may like to do this one lying down as you will be staying here for a while or you can sit on a chair .

You might like to have a blanket over you as it can get quite cold remaining still for an extended period of time.

​

Set aside some time for you to feel calmer and more connected to your body. This practice helps to release tension in the mind and body.
