The private 1-1 sessions I provide take place over an 8 week period. Once the programme has been completed
1-1private sessions can be continued if desired to further deepen your practice.
The private sessions are held at my home. However, if you would prefer I do also offer home visits.
If you are under the age of 16 you will need to be accompanied by an adult for the sessions.

A self care day for you
In this busy world that we live in from time to time we need to give our minds and bodies some time to rest and recharge away from all other distractions. That's why I have created a day just for you. A day to de-stress, recharge and reflect. Giving yourself the opportunity to truly flourish in life.

This is an opportunity for you to experience a whole day of mindfulness, Meditation and self awareness activities. You will experience a variety of different formal and informal practices.In addition, you will learn practices that you will be able to take away with you and use in your everyday life after the session.

Bring a yoga Mat (if you have one), blanket, snacks , lunch and water for the day.
The day for yourself will be along the following lines as a guidine:

Discussing what the day is about ( 6 hours of non-doing and instead reconnecting with yourself )

Mindful Movement , Body scan and relaxation.
