About your teacher Kelly Jarvis
Kelly Jarvis is a a passionate mindfulness , Meditation and Yoga Teacher.Within the teachings I share I aim to support you to build a personalised toolbox of Mindful management techniques that you can use in your everyday life.
Through the use of breathing techniques ( Pranayama) , self inquiry and physical movement you can find ways to connect back to your true self and a place of calm. As a result feeling more grounded and connected with yourself and the world allowing yourself to flourish and grow.
I have a down to earth manner and style to my practice and understand the need to translate mindfulness techniques and yoga practices in a way that can be useful to everyday life.

“Since taking part in the 8 week 1-1 mindfulness programme I have definitely learnt to take a step back and make time for myself as it’s so important! Kelly is so professional, she made me feel at ease, telling me what we would be doing during each session and discussing how I felt after the meditations as some I didn’t know whether what I was feeling was right. By discussing our feelings, it showed there’s no right or wrong, everyone feels things differently, and Kelly has taught me how to deal with these feelings going forward. Every week I looked forward to the little poem or story which was a “life lesson” which we would then discuss our feelings towards it. Since finishing my sessions, I have noticed when I’m getting overwhelmed in day to day life and how to cope with these situations. I still meditate as this helps relax me and I want to improve on my yoga! Overall I couldn’t recommend Kelly and her 8 week 1-1 programme enough, if you’ve been thinking about making more time for yourself, this is perfect to get you started!"
Teens Yoga & Mindfulness online workshop

This half term Kelly Jarvis is offering space for soulful teens to connect online; both with others and themselves.
During this 90-minute workshop, your teen will explore various themes through different mindfulness, meditation and Yoga practices.
They will also, be given time for self-reflection and expression through creative writing and journaling.
Kelly will make your teen feel comfortable and safe to share, explore and express themselves. She will be offering empowering Yoga postures and techniques to provide support in our ever-changing times. Building resilience, self-esteem, courage and confidence!
To prepare for this workshop, your Teen will need:
A piece of paper and pen.
A photo of something or someone that they love.
A blanket and to wear comfortable clothing.
Kelly is a fully qualified secondary school teacher, mindfulness coach and Yoga teacher with a full DBS.
When: Friday 19th February
This 2 hour adults workshop will explore a variety of different Mindfulness, Meditation and Yoga practices, providing tools and techniques for you to take away with you and develop your own self care practice.
There will be an informal and formal meditation practice, pranayama practices, a vinyasa flow followed by restorative yoga poses and a deep relaxation.
The group will be kept small so there will be more opportunity for sharing and discussion's.
